2.4 Employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of k888 or any of its affiliated entities, as well as immediate family members of such persons, are not eligible to open a Player Account or participate in any promotion.
3.1 You may hold only one Account on k888. The creation of duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. k888 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances in cases of detected duplication.

4.2 All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. k888 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any detected third-party deposit will be refunded to its source and the Player's Account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account, or to payment methods verified as belonging to the Account holder as part of KYC. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as stated on the Platform and are subject to change.
4.4 k888 targets processing of withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. k888 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.5 k888 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal and conduct enhanced due diligence where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
5.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by k888 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonus Funds are credited separately to real-money funds in your Account wallet. Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
5.3 k888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action will not affect any promotion that a Player is in the process of completing in good faith.
5.4 Multiple accounts, the use of automated software, coordinated play, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.
6.1 k888 provides access to games supplied by licensed third-party Game Providers. Game rules, payout tables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the relevant Game Provider and are made available within each game interface.
6.2 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during gameplay, k888 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly. Game round outcomes recorded by k888 server logs shall be authoritative in the event of any dispute.
6.3 k888 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that has been affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or manifest error in odds or game parameters ("Palpable Error"). Winnings resulting from a Palpable Error will not be paid and any such amounts credited to an Account may be reclaimed by k888.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on k888 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
